Luxury hospitality is in a sustained growth cycle across the EMEA region. The United Kingdom and Europe hold deep, established luxury markets with a long heritage of five-star hotels, private clubs and Michelin restaurants. The GCC has scaled quickly behind them: new five-star hotels continue to open across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh; Saudi Vision 2030 has accelerated luxury development across the Red Sea, AlUla and Diriyah; and the private members’ club category has moved into the region with serious investment behind it. The luxury talent layer is small and well connected, and the strongest people are usually approached rather than advertised to.
