Market Context

Multi-unit F&B sits on a different cycle to luxury and lifestyle. Most of the UK and Europe are already established, they are mature markets that set much of the operating standards. The GCC has seen significant growth across QSR, fast-casual and coffee, with Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar all expanding. International franchise brands continue to enter the region for the first time. Leadership requirements lean towards genuine multi-unit profit-and-loss responsibility, real estate experience, supply chain depth and franchise experience. The talent layer is mobile, and leaders move between markets within the same group.
