Confidentiality

Most of the people we work with are in a role. We do not share CVs without permission, and we do not speak about you to a company without a brief on the role first.

In person where possible

We prefer a coffee to a call when the diary allows. Real relationships travel further than transactional pipelines.

With a real-time view

We can tell you where the strong businesses are, what is paying and what is not, and what the next twelve months look like for your function and division.

With a candid view of you

We will tell you when you are right for a role, and when you are not. We will tell you when a role is not what it looks like in the brief.

A short call or coffee to understand your background, motivations and where you want to take your career next. No CV needed at this point.

Confidential brief

If there’s a fit to a live role, we share a full brief: business, role, leadership team, comp range, expectations. You decide if it’s right to take forward.

Representation

We represent you to the client with a clear summary, your CV, and the conversation we had. Always with your explicit permission, role by role.

Interview process

We prep you for each round, share feedback in both directions, and act as honest partner through to the final stage.

Offer & beyond

We help with offer and resignation, and stay close after you join to ensure you settle well.

What we ask from you
Honesty about what you want

Your motivations, dealbreakers, geography preferences, comp expectations. We can only represent you well if we know.

Tell us about other processes

If you’re in other recruitment processes, tell us. We won’t compete with your existing relationships, and we won’t duplicate your CV anywhere it already sits.

Stay in touch

Even if the timing isn’t right today. Senior hospitality and F&B is a small world, and the next conversation often comes from one held six months earlier.

A note on confidentiality

Anything you share is treated as confidential by default. We do not load CVs into shared candidate pools, and we do not forward your details to a company without your specific permission.
